Responsibilities

  • Own, design, develop, launch and continuously improve our global omnichannel eCommerce platform with new customer features. Build products that delight customers and convert into commercial success! We have already launched the platform in 10 countries and our ambitious goal is to deliver it to all banners within the Group in the coming years!
  • Co-create our own unique platform which is fully MACH (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless). Our tech stack is as good as it can be, and we use the most innovative technologies.
  • We have 6 Development Squads that take ownership of parts of our omnichannel customer journey, you will be working in one of these teams.
  • Your key focus is on the team and to ensure a continuously flow of improvement in how the team operations and their velocity. You will work closely with (both internal and external resources) including service & interaction /UX designers, visual /UI designers, architect and devops engineers.
  • Ensure impediments for the team(s) are identified and solved proactively
  • Co-own & adjust where needed the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done
  • Coach & guide all team members where needed towards more autonomy and collaboration at the same time
  • Together with the other Scrum Masters continuously improve overall way of working and make sure all events required in our way of working happen effectively
  • Champion the need of superior customer experience throughout the execution of a project, ensuring that what is delivered meets the original CX goals, objectives, quality and coding standards. Deliver product incrementally in bi-weekly Agile scrum sprints and on schedule. Your focus is on the definition of done and will challenge the team to successfully close each sprint.

Key skills, knowledge and experience

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferably in Business or Engineering
  • 4+years of experience in delivering e-Commerce and/or digital products.
  • Extensive knowledge sharing on agile, lean and SAFe
  • Large group facilitation and overseeing the bigger picture
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Scrum Master certificate (PSM II minimum) or similar experience
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Teams
  • Expertise in enterprise Agile frameworks such as Scaled Agile Framework.
  • Technical understanding/experience is a pre
  • Advanced experience working within a bigger strategic program with multiple domain teams.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience working with headless e-Commerce platforms and Microservices architecture
  • Preferred: solid experience in scaling or rolling out a new e-commerce platform towards an omni-channel future in high pace.
