Your Mission

As a Recruitment Intern at uButler, you will be handed the responsibility of overseeing the entire recruitment process. In practice, this will mean that you will be helping with all aspects of recruitment, ranging from the creation of new job openings to helping new employees settle in in our environment. Furthermore, you are expected to be organized, structured, and a capable communicator. You will be the face that welcomes potential candidates into the company, and therefore it is crucial that you are comfortable with day to day communication on a close, personal level. 


What you’ll be doing


  • Researching, and the writing of all new job openings at uButler.
  • Managing all existing job openings, keeping the files up to date and keeping an overview of all applications in writing. 
  • Keeping all job openings up to date on all recruitment websites such as Magnet.Me
  • Managing all internal communication regarding recruitment events such as monthly recruitment days, which you will be organising. 
  • Scouting for potential new candidates on multiple platforms to ensure a steady stream of new employees. 
  • Communicating with various organisations to stay updated on potential candidates, and keeping written tabs.
  • Be responsible for the onboarding of new employees here at uButler, guiding them through their first steps here at uButler.


What we’re looking for


  • You are registered at HBO/WO education in the Netherlands
  • You will be working 6 months minimum, with the starting date depending on your education
  • You are analytically set and you think in opportunities
  • You are a swift and fluent communicator
  • You love working spontaneously and solving problems
