We are hiring an IT Customer Experience Specialist who will serve as the primary point of contact with our customers and help them achieve their goals throughout the lifecycle. We act as a middleman representing the voice of the customer to the rest of the company, but also represent Rentman towards our community/users.
The team continuously works to improve existing processes. This means that you will, besides being responsible for incoming questions, also initiate, own and work on improvement projects. We also hold regular webinars to educate the community about new features or tips and tricks.
As we are scaling up, we set our goals and achieve them together. As a team we decide where we focus our efforts on as the company grows. We give everyone the opportunity to give their insight and develop scalable processes along the way.
