Do you want to be part of a fast-growing development team within the largest fitness organization in Europe? Do you like to be broadly engaged in the business, and are you looking for an opportunity with the possibility to specialize your Salesforce skills further? Our team is currently expanding and we’re looking to strengthen our team with a Salesforce Specialist.

This is what your assignment looks like

Our development team builds custom solutions for both the Basic-Fit business and our members, supporting member self-service, custom in-club software solutions and tooling for the different departments within Basic-Fit. As a Salesforce Specialist, you’ll join our growing development team which is responsible for the overall Basic-Fit Salesforce environment, which includes Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Heroku and Mulesoft. Next to this we also do custom web development using NodeJS and React.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our business counterparts on implementing and further developing functionality within our Salesforce environment. You’ll be working partly as a technical project manager, partly as administrator and partly as a Salesforce analyst. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the executing of the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 4000+ users;
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks;
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades;
  • Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations;
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests;
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization;
  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams;
  • Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements.

We are currently working on several projects, including the set-up of brand-new Agile teams. As Basic-Fit wants to keep growing and do this in a scalable way, we are working hard on our digital transformation. With our new independent and self-organizing Agile teams, we work on digital solutions that fit in our business model. The Agile teams have a test & learn mentality, and are responsible for creating and developing new solutions and improvements for both our existing and new members.
