Based in or around Amsterdam/Remote, excellent German, and a good command of English and/or of Dutch required.

Start date a.s.a.p. Flexible hour contract (8-16 hrs per week), able to work weekends.

Your role

At Wakuli Customer Support you are responsible for the daily and weekend assistance of our German customer base. You know what our German customers need and prefer, and you will do whatever it takes to deliver the best customer experience.

You signalize current and urgent issues, are up to date with the long-term issues and report these to the CS manager.

You are someone who thrives in an international environment, you love restructuring and adapting to Wakuli’s ever-changing environment, and you are able to see relevant points of improvement. You want to make a difference and will proactively raise any issues.
