The job 

“As a Recruitment and Employer Branding Intern, you ensure an attractive (online) positioning of ParkBee as an employer. Thanks to your initiatives, ParkBee is known as an appealing employer and future employees know exactly where to find ParkBee”. ParkBee is evolving and growing fast and our team is growing rapidly. In this new internship, you put ParkBee further on the map as an employer. You are part of the People & Culture department and you report to the People & Culture Manager. You liaise with our Recruiters, but also with the Operations, Tech, and Marketing departments.

Translating our employer values into (online) recruitment expressions is the basis of your position. You draw up a market communication plan and translate this into concrete actions and expressions. This ensures good online and offline visibility of ParkBee on the labour market. You do this in an international context for our Head Office in Amsterdam and our local office in London. 

Some of your tasks:

  • You manage our career site, additional job boards, and our social media channels such as LinkedIn and Instagram; 
  • You analyse the effectiveness of our (online) recruitment communications and make adjustments where necessary. This ensures the right mix of recruitment resources;
  • You also support the Recruiters in drafting recruiting vacancy texts and you provide other content to share with the labour market; 
  • Due to our rapid growth in Tech, among others, there is a specific challenge in gaining brand awareness as a Tech company. It is up to you and your creative initiatives to top this challenge.


Who you are

You have a creative and proactive attitude to work. You are a discussion partner for our P&C members and an inspiration based on your expertise and interests. You have a hands-on attitude and recognise yourself in our values. In addition, good analytical skills are important in this position. Our mission to revolutionise mobility and change the city also requires an enterprising, critical, and pragmatic attitude with a high level of engagement.


We are likely to be a match if you:

  • Are a 3rd of 4th year Student at HBO/WO level in the direction of Communication, (Online) Marketing, or HR on the lookout for a full-time internship of 5-6 months;
  • Have a deep interest in, or demonstrable work experience in, Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding or HR;
  • Have an ambition for, or experience in, (international) labour market communication;
  • Have knowledge of online/digital recruitment media (including social media and websites);
  • Have knowledge of Google Analytics;
  • Have spoken and written skills and experience with writing (online) texts in Dutch and English;
  • It is an advantage if you have gained experience in an international scale-up, and/or Tech heavy organisation.
