WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Recruiting Branding Manager will ensure the proper rollout of our recruiting communication across all CEMA/WESA countries. This person will serve as the sole interface for all creative material requests, manage external agency teams, and support BCG's local and regional recruiting teams to adapt and optimize local recruiting communication strategies in line with the global recruiting strategy.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

  • Provide conceptual and operational support to local recruiting teams in marketing campaign implementation (including local adjustmens) and in intelligently leveraging available communication options across all relevant media (Web/online and social media, print and event marketing, video, internal communication)
  • Coordinate/ensure alignment with the global communication strategy in terms of content, scope, and BCG's corporate identity standards
  • Conduct trainings, educate and coach all local recruiting teams
  • Ensure proper local implementation of minimum requirements of recruiting communication
  • Participate in strategic projects/initiatives, adjust global recommendations to regional specifics, and represent local needs in global initiatives
  • Ensure external and internal brand performance and buy-in, implement improvement measures
  • Implement globally recommended metrics/systems for budgeting and monitoring, measure/monitor compliance, quality, and effectiveness/efficiency of local recruiting marketing efforts
  • End to end responsible for marketing strategy and content of regional events
  • Line management of 1 EB specialist and 1 intern

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • MA/MBA degree
  • Six or more years of relevant practical experience in a related field (e.g., at an advertising agency or in the marketing, PR, or employer branding team of a financial services or professional services firm)
  • Functional knowledge of branding/marketing and ideally also recruiting
  • Strong affinity in marketing/communication topics (communication visuals, texting, etc.) across different cultures and countries
  • Professionalism and service-oriented behavior to fulfill the needs of recruiting teams
  • Superior project management skills and the ability to get things done
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, listening) and fluency in English (native speakers preferred) and preferably another European language (German, French, or Spanish preferred)
  • Autonomy, ability to manage ambiguity, self-motivation
  • Ability to interact and influence with intercultural teams at senior and junior levels in a non­ hierarchical manner
  • Sound analytical skills as well as hands-on operational capabilities
