In a typical day as a Greenlake Sales Specialist you would:

  • Build and manage an ongoing pipeline of opportunities
  • Build your knowledge of competitors in account to strategically position HPEs solutions better and collaborate with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate future customer needs and facilitate solutions development.
  • Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.
  • Support the bid team to ensure a solid translation of customers’ needs into a fitting solution.
  • Work closely with the pursuit team in developing and substantiating a winning value proposition that meets the needs of the customer, including analyzing critical business drivers and risks.
  • Manage the end to end contracting process post signature including support to contract integration, change management, governance activities, up sells and re-negotiations.
  • Arrange the support of sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources and other sales and management resources as needed.
  • Once the deal is signed, work closely with delivery to ensure the right metrics are developed and implemented according to the Statement of Work (proper handover)

Your background:

  • Education. University or Bachelor’s degree.(Thinking level)
  • Experience. Proven selling experience at end-user global and local accounts in The Netherlands
  • Proven ability in managing complex solution sales cycles
  • Experience in influencing multi stakeholders up to CxO level.
  • Experience as successful account/business manager, selling to decision maker level.
  • Ability to hunt and develop new logos
