About the Position

A lean and continuous improvement mindset is one of the core elements of Kraft Heinz Culture. This position will drive the continuous improvement activities from the Finance team for Manufacturing- Logistics and Procurement in the BU- and provide strategic guidance and input to the Supply Leadership team. This role requires interaction with all business units across the countries and head quarter leadership.

This will be a hands-on role- to build and improve on the existing productivity-reporting infrastructure. It is a great opportunity to define- design and implement the overall productivity business structure across the International Zone (LATAM/EUROPE/ASIA/PACIFIC).

This role is part of the Finance team in close collaboration with business stakeholders and functions like Manufacturing- Logistics- Procurement- R&D- Quality- ORM - supporting their decision-making using analytics and data. Critical to develop and execute strategic Ops programs

Responsibilities include support on reporting- annual planning activities based on specific KPIs- drive improvement projects initiatives- and ensuring the functions deliver short and long-term performance and cost savings.

Support KH improving performance being able to:

  • Improve- create and build reporting KPIs across the International Zone;
  • Monitoring- steering and further development of operational KPIs;
  • Consolidate reports and KPIs measurement from all International BUs;
  • Ensures quality- accuracy and integrity of information stored in our systems- enabling a single source of truth;
  • Define financial Gaps and improvement opportunities based on data analysis in the Supply functions;
  • Define the most appropriated Operational KPIs- connecting financial goals to the shop floor- ensure the indicators are interlinked and the results of them sustain the strategic targets;
  • Perform actuals and trend analysis in order to pro-actively identify improvements;
  • Improve information quality to drive leadership strategic decisions;
  • Business Partnering and stakeholder management: Supply Chain Finance Teams- Supply Heads- Manufacturing- Logistics and Procurement Heads and Operations teams for all Intl business units.
  • Identify appropriate industry benchmarks- disseminate best practices;
  • Execute ‘On the Job’ trainings- to promote a learning organization that leverages the Operations Teams to achieve its performance goals;
  • New area with high potential of growth based on the first-year results

Qualifications

Hard Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering- Finance- Accounting- Mathematics/ Data Technology
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Finance / Accounting / Supply Chain/ Performance.
  • Advanced technical skills in Excel- Access- Powerpoint- ERP (SAP preferred)- Tableau and Business Data Warehousing tools.
  • Strong business acumen- interpersonal- communication and negotiation skills.
  • Motivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Possesses the ability to lead teams and effectively work through others. Ability to influence cross-functional team members.
  • Team player who manages collaboratively with the ability to influence Senior Leaders.
