Your impact as HR Projects Support at NN

Your work will have a direct impact on the successful implementation of our HR projects in International.

The internship allowance for this internship is € 600,- gross based on a 36-hour working week.

Your responsibilities

  • Follow up and drive achievement of milestones of selected projects we run in International (example New Ways of Working, Capabilities Development, Diversity & Inclusion)
  • Support (lead) and coordinate with Group & Business Units HR responsible implementation of agreed initiatives around Leadership Development and Strategic Workforce Planning
  • Manage and facilitate Peakon Employee Engagement process within Group HR and Business Units Peakon Ambassadors

Who you are

You are doing a Master in HRM or Marketing and Communication that you want to expand with HR experience. You are curious and have a big appetite for learning and self-development. You are able to organize yourself, have a strong sense of urgency and the ability to handle multiple priorities. You have a drive to achieve results and do that through others, by being a great verbal and written communication and by building internal networks.

As well, good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Power Point, Excel) and some experience with Program Management will help you be successful in the role.
