Let’s start first with your most important task: Fuel us with insights, recommendations and analysis by using data from all data sources, such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Salesforce, etc. You’re not afraid to get down to the nitty-gritty of creating dashboards, participate in defining data requirements and setting the right KPIs to generate useful information. You will communicate your findings to empower the clients to make the best decisions.

You’ll work closely together with your colleague who specializes in technical Web Analytics. Together you will be the driver of data driven-marketing at TSH and our clients. Within the Digital teams you will play a huge role in analyzing data, improving digital analytics strategy across data sources, development of clear KPI framework to measure performance, designing dashboard reporting and presenting conclusions and recommendations gained from analytical tools.

What You'll Do

  • Generate reports, ad hoc analyses and dashboards with for example Google Datastudio and/or Salesforce Analytics
  • Monitoring the digital user experience
  • Conducting benchmark analysis with internal or external data
  • Analyze problems and opportunities to identify hypotheses and recommend experiments.
  • Advocate of using data as input for UX and web design and campaign support.
  • Plan, develop and manage web and mobile campaigns and booking channel tracking.
  • Monitor, communicate and discuss marketing performance with our campaign managers.
  • Analyse our funnels end-to-end to identify trends and to produce reports that support our decision making.
  • Improve our KPI framework


Who you are

  • A student, currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science or related field
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Multi-tasker, with a can-do attitude and great initiative
  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis and ability to visualize data in form of reports and dashboards.
  • Have basic knowledge of Google Analytics and likes to work with numbers in Google Sheets or Excel
  • Interest in marketing, growth marketing, and UX
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other Internet based systems
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
