Are you still in school and looking for an internship, or do you want to get some work experience? Payvision is looking for a curious, upbeat and proactive Human Resources Intern to join us from September to February (we’re flexible with the timing). We’re looking for a strong communicator with excellent organizing and networking skills. Someone who is not afraid to ask questions and has a can-do mentality.

You’ll be a part of our close HR Team consisting of 8 colleagues, who all have their own specialization and a passion for HR. You’ll work closely with our recruiter on various recruitment and onboarding related tasks, but you’ll also work together with other team members to get the whole HR experience. You’ll get to know our colleagues from other departments and learn lots about the exciting world of fintech. Even though we don’t expect you to have years of experience, we’d love to see you bring new ideas to the table!

As an HR Intern, you will ...

  • Be responsible for updating the recruitment system and be the first point of contact for applicants
  • Support the recruiter in various tasks, for example by writing vacancy texts and screening candidates
  • Schedule interviews and work in close contact with the Hiring Managers
  • Be a contact person to support employees and managers on HR related questions
  • Support various HR projects including onboarding, employer branding and employee engagement
  • Be responsible for writing social media recruitment posts

As an HR Intern, you have or are ...

  • A graduate bachelor or master student
  • Excellent writing skills in Dutch and English
  • A creative mind
  • Able to learn how to write in our tone of voice
  • A hands-on, pro-active, and can-do mentality
  • Able to handle more responsibilities at the same time
  • A fun team player
  • Interest in working for a fast growing, dynamic and international fintech company
