What you’ll do

As Manager Medical Affairs, you will strengthen our team by adding zest and enthusiasm. With your strong communication skills, you will help us grow our network in the quest to help more physicians and patients around the world, to access treatments in development. Having an online mindset, you will be an asset in almost all parts of our organization, by engaging across teams, educating and constantly improving.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Communicate and engage with health care professionals, to expand our Medical community, by creating awareness around the myTomorrows platform
  • Educate about medical affairs, providing balanced, high-level scientific support to the internal team
  • Be the first point of contact for health care professionals in the management of Expanded Access Programs
  • Supporting business development in helping navigate health care professionals to companies providing pre-approved drugs
  • Liaise with external professional organizations, including advocacy groups within the medical field

What you have

  • Medical degree, with a strong interest in Oncology/Hematology/rare disease
  • Strong communication skills, fluency in English. Speaking one or more additional languages is an advantage.
  • Excellent networking skills to build relationships of trust and respect
  • Ambition and flexibility to be able to focus on improving processes and adapt/manage change in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to work well in a team
  • Being self-motivated and solution-driven
  • An online mindset, eager to use opportunities to further digitalize healthcare
