Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge in your career, and are you passionate about EVs literally electrifying the transport sector? We are looking for a passionate Sales Development Lead to actively identify and approach key accounts and potential clients across the globe.

You will be working the full sales process, closing deals with qualified prospects. You are expected to take full ownership of your own responsibilities, but you will also be a valuable member of our commercial team and that means you will have plenty of room to contribute both ideas and actions to the overall company direction. In this role you will directly report to the Commercial Director.

Core Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Lead acquisition of new Clients for Eco-Movement’s data services, across Europe and the world. Find contacts, reach out and follow up
  • Evaluate sales performance against KPIs, developing and implementing plans for improvement
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with prospects, show our value-add, and close mutually beneficial deals
  • Analyse market and customer trends, highlighting insights for Eco-Movement’s commercial strategy
  • Take the lead in selected sales and marketing initiatives
  • Represent Eco-Movement at relevant events


  • University Degree in a relevant field 
  • 1-3 years working experience with a proven track record of closing deals. Experience selling data and/or SaaS solutions is a strong advantage
  • Eager self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to effectively build relationships and persuade across cultures
  • Fluent in English; any additional languages you speak will be a plus
  • Strong affinity with data and the EV industry. Experience in the EV industry and with other potential Eco-Movement clients is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast growing dynamic environment, you are not afraid of change 
  • Passionate to make the world a more sustainable place with a high degree of integrity
