Project & Manage Facebook Optimization Strategy rollout to key countries as per standards and methodology already defined

Maximize business capabilities of the Facebook Business Manager & Marketplace Advertising in the markets.

Be the primary day-to-day technical contact for our project, providing prompt, professional consultative support and service to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Partner with the Agency and Media teams to scope and collect requirements, provide guidance on best practices, and apply technology and product knowledge to address customer's business and technology needs.

Collaborate with internal and external technical and developer teams to drive communication, prioritization, analysis, and resolution of customer challenges and issues.

Maintain FB & Marketplace tools and provide successful ad management operational and technical consultation.



  • Demonstrated experience managing projects and producing basic PM artifacts such as project calendar, communication plan, and risk tracker.
  • Tertiary qualification, ideally BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with client-side web technologies such as tag management system (e.g Google Tag Manager), HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • +3 years in client support, technical related role
  • Knowledge and experience with 3rd party Ad serving or Technologies (e.g. Facebook Business Manager, Amazon Advertising etc) ESSENTIAL
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Customer-focused work ethic with a high standard of service and quality control
  • Strong attention to detail project management and skills
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, GMP is a Plus
  • Facebook Blueprint certifications are advantageous
