WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will be working in the Amsterdam office as a Junior Recruiter with a focus on Sourcing & Events.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you, a (starting) young professional with the ambition to pursue a career in recruiting in a fun, ambitious, energetic team while having the opportunity to drive events and recruiting projects in the office. You will work closely together with the selection recruiters and consultants in the office. This is a fulltime position based in Amsterdam.
You will be part of the People team and report into the recruiting manager. The integrated People team consists of 15 dedicated and committed people and is known for its great dynamics and inclusive mindset.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will be responsible for attracting and sourcing top talent from diverse backgrounds for our Amsterdam office. You will work closely with the team to identify target groups of potential candidates and new methods for contacting them. In collaboration with the selection recruiters, you will then define a clear and tailored sourcing strategy which will support our team in reaching our hiring ambitions.
Your main focus will be to organize / attend recruiting events for students, both virtual and in person. This includes multiple day business courses, online workshops and trainings. You will manage our event calendar from A-Z by owning the budget and design of the events, through the full execution of all event logistics, candidate administration and communication materials.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with all colleagues in the Amsterdam office and the international (recruiting) community. And you will maintain a tight and professional relationship with Universities, student- and study associations, sororities and other relevant (online) talent pools. As part of those relations, you will manage all external sponsorship requests.
A key part of your role is to develop the local online marketing strategy for our target audiences and to secure our online presence (e.g. social media, company profiles, video presentations).
You will analyze and update relevant recruiting data (CRM-system, pipeline analyses, event analyses). Based on the insights, you will adjust your sourcing strategy and pro-actively follow up.
Lastly, you will have the opportunity to participate and drive ad-hoc regional recruiting projects and internal office initiatives.
