We started out with our little graduate recruitment revolution seven years ago in the Netherlands and after becoming market leaders here, we launched our product in 2015 in the United Kingdom. You will be working from our HQ in Rotterdam - in a real startup environment and be part of a young and international team of 30 Magneteers.

Business Development Internship

As a Business Development Intern, you will be an active and full member of Magnet.me’s new sales team. You will be in charge of finding, contacting and getting potential new companies and partners on board, thereby building Magnet.me’s future business. In the end, you have the opportunity to close your own deals, so don’t be a chicken and own that shit! However, this is not where a Magnet.me intern day ends, there will be multiple different projects which you will either play a leading role in or a helping hand.

Ideal candidate

• Fluent in Dutch (in speech and writing)
• Available for a minimum of 5 months
• Has a good eye for detail: finding the right piece of information can be the cornerstone of a great deal
• Extremely enthusiastic in sharing our mission
• Efficient & Organized: will have to work with a number of leads on an ongoing basis
