Evidos is looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representatives for the Belgium market. You will join our International Inside Sales team in Haarlem and will be fully responsible for all our products and services, new leads and customers using our service. You are a very commercial and enthusiastic person with excellent sales capabilities, can produce proposals and understand business needs. The first line contact and maintenance of relationships with customers and partners will also be part of your role.

Furthermore the Inside Sales Representative is involved in projects regarding business intelligence and marketing & communications together with our Managing Board and Marketing team. You get a lot of freedom and maximum support of the Evidos team (like marketing, technical support, product management, compliance, legal and finance) in the execution of your work.

What you’ll be doing

  • The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for capturing sales opportunities for the Belgium SME, SME+ and Enterprise market.
  • Qualify all incoming leads (phone/ chat/ mail) and assist in the decision-making process.
  • Responsible for the whole customer sales cycle from first contact, assisting, producing proposals and deal-closing.
  • Lead bid and tender process (large and medium sized) in cooperation with the Sales Director and/ or Product manager.
  • Achievement of and contribution in sales targets.
  • Development and maintenance of relationships with prospects, customers and partners.
  • Presenting online demo’s while explaining clearly our services and products.
  • 1st lines contact for Belgium customers using our services;
  • Support marketing and business intelligence related projects with our Sales Marketeers.
  • Clear communication about the progress of the monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Updating our CRM system (Pipedrive).

What you have

  • At least a Bachelor degree.
  • Fluently (oral and written) in one of the following languages: Dutch/ Flemish and/ or French.
  • Sales experience in B2B, B2C, G2B or B2C.
  • Experience in new business and building / maintaining a network with users/customers.
  • Good selling techniques (Consultative Selling).
  • Experience and confidence to engage with business owners, purchasing managers, sales, to create the best commercial offer, cooperation, service.
  • Core competences: commercial, entrepreneurial, pro-active, team player, take ownership, stress resistance, quality and goal orientated.
  • Experience with CRM-systems (e.g. Pipedrive).
  • Familiar with procurement processes (e.g. RFI, RFQ, RFP) is favorable.
  • Affinity and/or work experience in a Marketing/ IT/ SaaS environment is favorable.
