When they have a problem, we listen, enable and empower. The Customer Support Specialist ensures our customers receive superior service and supports them in the optimal use of our solutions.   

What you'll be doing    

  • You are the voice of the company, and interact with our customers in a friendly, professional and personal way; 
  • You enjoy finding the cause of any problem our customers are facing and help resolve or provide a solution; 
  • You will work with other colleagues to continuously improve the customer experience when using our products; 
  • You continuously look for ways to improve the way we support our customers, e.g. identifying common queries and making sure these are addressed in self-serve articles, but also improving service delivery time/quality and enhanced customer satisfaction. 

Experience & skills  

  • HBO/University degree with a quantitative/beta/technical background;  
  • Analytical and client facing work experience, preferably with a link to the health sector;  
  • You’re a real ‘number cruncher’ with great analytical skills;  
  • Advanced data analytics and ‘big data’ issues in healthcare excite you;  
  • You have experience with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and preferably also with SQL; 
  • Very strong organizational, verbal and interpersonal skills; 
  • Ability to work on your own as well as being a team player; 
  • You speak and write Dutch and English fluently.
