What you'll be doing

You are responsible for achieving the recruitment & selection challenges which are set in consultation with our management and business leaders. You will be involved in the following activities:

  • Create an inspiring and innovative recruitment strategy that supports our ambition to grow
  • Attract and select the right talent by screening applicants and performing active searches
  • Bring in diversity to the LOGEX Group
  • Expand our employer brand and come up with new ideas
  • Manage the talent pool and maintain contact with candidates and schedule and conduct selection interviews
  • Make new talent feel at home during pre-boarding process
  • Maintain and expand contacts with external parties like Universities, study associations and other organizations with whom we closely work with
  • Administer all files and communication with candidates, hiring managers and external parties.

In addition to the above activities, you will be participating in a broad range of people projects, such as: strategic workforce planning, Employee Value Proposition and Employer Brand, pre-onboarding and onboarding, using and analysing our data to create helpful insights and much more. Next to this, you are more than welcome to pitch new ideas on how to improve our recruitment activities.

Requirements

What you have

  • Mindset: you have a positive attitude, are adaptable and you thrive in a fast-changing environment.
  • Project management: you like working on several projects at the same time.
  • Knowledge: you have at least 4 years of recruitment experience, either inhouse or at an agency.
  • Knowledge about Dutch labour law and regulations would be great. On top of that, regulations about other European countries would be even better. We operate in the Netherlands, the Nordics, United Kingdom and Czech Republic.
  • Data driven: you have effective analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and analyse data, using HRIS systems for reporting.
  • Creative: you know how to bring recruitment to the next level.
  • Team player: you have the ability to work in a team and are able to work autonomously.
  • Communication skills: you are a native Dutch speaker and have fluent communications skills in English.
