We are looking for a Technical Implementation Specialist to join our team and help us to achieve our ambition.
The Customer Onboarding team is a crucial part of the broader Customer Success organisation. This organisation works relentlessly to ensure an exceptional customer journey in extracting value from our service. As Technical Implementation Specialist you will (mostly remotely) manage the installation of our hardware at production sites of our clients around the world, providing them an excellent and smooth onboarding experience to our condition monitoring service.
You will be actively involved in the entire installation and onboarding process; from kick-off meeting and site survey to commissioning phase and training. You’ll maintain day-to-day contact with the installing party at the clients’ sites, obtaining all relevant information, developing and communicating the installation plan and ensuring progress through excellent communication and problem solving. You will also be in close contact with our installation partners and manage those relationships.
A successful candidate has an eye for detail and a ‘client-first’ attitude. She/he is able to work in a structured and effective way, and gets energized by realizing a first-time-right implementation. Likewise, if she/he is unable to achieve this, the Technical Implementation Specialist wants to start solving the problem at hand immediately (in close cooperation with our client and/or installation partner), using her/his excellent (technical) troubleshooting and problem solving skills to guide them. Our ideal candidate is comfortable working with both suppliers and clients, and likes to work in our fast-paced environment (where priorities can change quickly).
