Signify FP&A is an exciting place to learn the basics of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and to be part of a highly talented team of analysts. We are looking for a motivated finance intern who can support the team in the daily reporting and analytics for senior management. We’re greater together through peer learning in our globally diverse team, with different backgrounds and nationalities.

We’re looking for an intern who’ll be responsible for supporting the FP&A analysts on Monthly and Quarterly reporting as well as on ad-hoc analytics for the senior management.

You’ll be part of the Signify FP&A team in Eindhoven and its responsibilities are to deliver insightful analytics to the Businesses to support the decision-making process with facts and figures, so affinity with numbers and a proactive and enthusiastic approach must be in your DNA.

What you’ll do

  • Support the Analysts in their month-end closing and forecasting process
  • Develop reports for ad-hoc analysis
  • Get involved in introducing new tools and onboard the rest of the team

What you’ll need

  • To be currently pursuing a BSc/MSc degree in Finance, Business Administration or IBA
  • Hardworking attitude
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Analytical skills (able to interpret a financial statement)
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Communication skills (not afraid to communicate with senior stakeholders)
  • To be available to start in March

Notes

  • EU/EER students: In order to be considered for this internship, you need to be registered as a student during the entire internship period. Formal documentation of this may be requested at any time.
  • Non-EU students in Dutch Universities: You need to be registered as a student and your university needs to sign the Nuffic Agreement. The internship needs to be a compulsory part of your studies (receive ECTS in turn). In case of non-compulsory internship, you need to have a letter from the university in which it states that your internship contributes to your personal development, what your learning goals are and what tasks you will undertake during your internship. The letter has to be signed and stamped by your university.
  • Non-EU students in non-Dutch Universities: You need to be registered as a student and the internship should be a compulsory part of your studies. Also, you need to be able to get the official approval of your university for this internship (Nuffic agreement).
