De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek is looking for a senior legal adviser to join our first tier private equity team. The private equity team is part of the M&A practice group. The team now wishes to further develop and expand by adding a dedicated, senior legal adviser who would be at the heart of the team.
Key responsibilities include supporting our lawyers in client-related matters, keeping track of the latest national and international developments, and maintaining and developing our precedents and templates knowledge base, including using legal tech tools. You will assist with business development (both on a national and international level), which will include among other things preparing client presentations and newsletters.
We believe that the ideal candidate for this position will have at least five years’ relevant experience as an M&A lawyer, with a particular interest in private equity transactions, has strong analytical skills, has an excellent command of the English language and is a self-starter. Of course, this is just our view. If you do not fit the profile exactly, but believe that you are the right person for this role, please persuade us.
The position could be either full or part-time.
