PHYSEE has very ambitious 2021 growth targets and to further unlock this potential we are building up the Quality Assurance (QA) department and hiring a QA Intern. In this role, you will help the QA manager with the setup of new tools and processes in order to ensure quality within the organization.

You truly believe in quality and possess a strong analytical background. You are well adapted to the dynamic environment that naturally comes with a multidisciplinary project environment. What you’ll be doing? 

  • We use Sharepoint as a document management and storage system, but each department has its own way of using it. Starting with the Executive & Support (E&S) and QA department, you will investigate and set up the proper structure and process.
  • We wish to collect Voice of the Customer feedback and are in need of someone who can create the tools/surveys in support of this goal. Additionally, we want someone who is able to critically look at the process and helps us improve on it.
  • On-site Visits. To help with QA on a construction site. Or a visit to an IGU manufacturer to understand quality issues at our partners.
  • Helping the production department with handling quality-related issues, like analyzing defects from the field, solving recurring production errors.

Who we’re looking for? 

  • You are in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree.
  • You are a digital native and have no problems learning new Software tools.
  • You are not afraid to voice your opinion.
  • You are analytical and process-minded.
  • You like to bring structure in chaos.
  • You have a Curious Mindset and are pro-active.
  • You have strong English communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
