We are operating in a market where innovation is slow and incremental. Its time for change! We are changing this market by developing innovative products that can help millions around the world.

But let's not get ahead of ourselves. We have just launched our online pre-orders in the Netherlands. Over the coming months we are starting up our marketing & sales activities. Partly B2C, partly B2B (with international retailers). Right from the get-go, we aim our marketing activities internationally. To help us run the marketing, we need your help!

What does your role include?

As an online marketeer in a young startup, you will have a broad variety of tasks. These include:

• Set-up and manage online marketing campaigns, more specifically Facebook marketing
• Use data to measure campaign performance and ROI through web analytics tools
• Manage e-commerce platform
• Improve the company’s online reputation
• Improve search engine ranking
• Generate or suggest content which needs to be generated (images/graphics/videos/ text)
• Manage, update and fetch sales leads from social media platforms
• Overseeing the company’s email marketing campaigns
• Possibly coming up with other ways to get traffic to the website

And this is what makes us happy:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in online marketing. Maximum 7 years.
• Strong analytical skills
• Uses data-driven decision making
• Ability to work in a (chaotic) entrepreneurial environment
• Experience with SEO and PPC campaigns
• Able to use Facebook tools/analytics for lead generation
• Able to operate/ manage campaigns in multiple countries
• Self-motivated to drive more leads
• Takes initiative – you have the ability to guide the project
• Has managed ecommerce platform before
