For our Voidu team at Azerion Head Quarters in Amsterdam we are looking for a Product Manager (e-commerce).

What you will be doing in this role

As our E-Commerce Product Manager, you deliver e-commerce product-management and guidance that creates added value to meet our goals. You will manage day-to-day operations of our online store by taking ownership and leading the development of our online presence and growth.

Your main responsibility will be setting and prioritizing the operational goals. Defining a roadmap to improvements on the platform, as well as evaluating work generated by the team and ensuring functionality of the product.  

About the teamThe Voidu team is a high-performance team focusing on the growth of the portal and constantly looking for new opportunities. The driven team consists of Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and Customer Support Agents. Altogether we are adding value to the product and looking for constant improvements.

About the product

Voidu is the gaming e-commerce portal of Azerion offering official game keys for blockbusters like FIFA 2020, Resident Evil, GTA, Assassin’s Creed Battlefield, and many more. We have over 4000 titles and still growing. We are transforming the portal to appeal to a wider audience with great partnerships in the gaming industry.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Provide the product with a vision and strategy ensuring growth and expansion
  • Assess the value of- and prioritize action items, to ensure the work of the team focuses on those with maximum value
  • Develop product growth strategy and provide vision and direction to the team and stakeholders throughout the process
  • Lead a transparent, data driven prioritization process, guide through planning and elaboration of customer journey and user stories
  • Handle backlog management to work on backlog items that have the highest business value
  • Ensure ongoing communication with stakeholders about priorities, features, testing and release planning
  • Develop and maintain a clear and measurable set of kpi’s that can be used to measure success

What you able to bring to the table

  • Previous experience in Product Management position in the Ecommerce field
  • Knowledge in or interest/affinity with games, consoles, different titles (PC, consoles, mobile)
  • Insight and understanding of the buyer mentality, what different audiences need and want
  • E-commerce expert – able to demonstrate with various examples of best-in-class & advanced strategies/knowledge + associated impact on performance 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Sharp leadership and problem-solving skills – always looking for improvement
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, happy to build projects from scratch
