Your team consists of enthusiastic professionals who ensure that the relationship with all our stakeholders is top-notch. They only get the very best! As part of this team you also work closely together with the other teams within Piggy. This makes this role so varied and instructive.

  • Optimising our onboarding process  & implement new fun ideas to make our customers successful straight away 
  • You will ensure our high quality of customer experience
  • You are responsible for our customer journey
  • You will be creating and spreading relevant content that helps our customers grow


  • You know how to communicate with our customers
  • You have experience with software implementation
  • You understand our market, product and the technology we use
  • You have a university degree
  • You take ownership over your work
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, German is a bonus
