Sr. Software Sales Specialist

The position reports to the Connected Buildings Software European Sales leader. In this new role you will be responsible to support Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) in meeting and exceeding annual orders and revenue plans of existing and newly created Connected Services, Software as a Service (SaaS) and future Cloud and Buildings Enterprise Performance Management/“Internet of Things” (IoT) solutions sold through the HBS regions as assigned in Annual Operating Plan (AOP). You will be responsible for supporting the Honeywell Building Solutions customer acquisition sales strategies, tactics, and processes leveraging Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE) Connected Buildings software solutions. You will also be responsible for supporting the  development of new opportunities with the Honeywell Connected Buildings Software portfolio.

Position Responsibilities:

·         Develop, deploy, track and forecast the execution of the Connected Services Annual Operating Plan of new licensing agreements of HCE’s Connected Services Portfolio including Vector Occupant App, Vector Space Sense, Forge Outcome Based Services, API as a Service and future solutions as they are developed in the assigned national territory to new and existing HBS customers

·         Develop and measure Strategic Integrator relationships

·         Navigate and develop partner-based agreements

·         Responsible for achieving assigned Annual Operating Plan (AOP) orders plan while following established pricing guidelines.

·         Identify and communicate the strengths and weaknesses of the Connected Buildings (CB) Software value propositions and making required adjustments based on market intelligence working closely with the marketing, technology and Honeywell Building Solution Partner teams

·         Own the real-time Sales between Honeywell Connected Buildings and Honeywell Building Solutions and the corresponding reporting and potential resource requests/allocations

·         Reporting, Analysis and Forecasting from source data (SFDC, SAP, etc) to your manager

·         Be willing to travel as necessary throughout the assigned territory

You Have:

• Experience in selling Software as Service (Saas), Building Controls, Services or related business to business industry experience in the commercial and institutional buildings markets.
• Creative, decisive, high energy and ability to energize and encourage others.
• Proven experience developing and executing strategies for sales growth.
• Good commercial acumen and awareness of what improves business performance
• Efficient communicator, with a high level of interpersonal skills, ability to present to audiences
• Must be fluent in French language
