This role will be primarily responsible for supporting Atlassian's health, welfare, perks, and retirement plans in the Netherlands, France, Germany, UK, and other countries as needed. You’ll work closely with our brokers, vendors, and internal teams to manage our local and global benefit programs. You’ll analyze market trends to ensure our benefit plans deliver value and quality of care. By partnering with our broader global teams, you will help scale our local and global benefits programs and administration. You’ll support and stay abreast of regulatory requirements and legislative changes as the subject matter authority in benefits and leave of absence compliance.
