Team Overview and Job responsibilities

Voor onze Plant in Emmen (Nederland) zijn we op zoek naar een Capaciteitsplanner voor Emmen 2. Je rapporteert aan de Manager Logistiscs en werkt veel samen met diverse collega’s. Je taken zijn gericht op het creëren en vrijgeven van een wekelijkse productie plan en deze dagelijks monitoren op juiste voortgang en het bevestigen van klantenorders komende vanuit onze “zusterbedrijven” (IC).

Bij het creëren en vrijgeven van een productie plan dient rekening te worden gehouden met:

• De beschikbare en vooraf gedefinieerde week capaciteit (S&OP proces), opgegeven door de Productie Area leaders. (Production clip >90%);
• Productie orders dienen zodanig te worden ingepland dat een optimale materiaal en machine efficiency wordt behaald;
• Dient te resulteren in een juiste stock fill-rate op MTS artikelen;
• Dient te resulteren in een betrouwbare levertijd op MTO artikelen (OTD MAD >95%).

Het vrijgegeven productie plan dient dagelijks te worden opgevolgd. Indien door omstandigheden het vrijgegeven productie plan niet volgens plan kan worden gerealiseerd en er geen correctie mogelijk is dan dient de Capaciteit & Availability de beschikbaarheidsdatum van de productie order aan te passen. 

De Capaciteitsplanner is verantwoordelijk voor een juiste en correcte beschikbaarheid afbeelding in SAP. Tevens is de Capaciteitsplanner verantwoordelijk voor de juiste TRLT in SAP.

De rol van de functie is voornamelijk operationeel. Desalniettemin wordt de Capaciteit  planner regelmatig geraadpleegd voor wat betreft de volgende tactische zaken:

• Service level verbetering trajecten;
• Order intake verbeteringen;
• Het adviseren m.b.t. ABC classificaties; 
• Het adviseren m.b.t. MTO-MTS classificaties;
• Het adviseren in capaciteit vraagstukken en mede bepalen.

You will be responsible on the following:

• Het wekelijks creëren van een productieplan;
• Het bepalen van prioriteiten m.b.t. productie; 
• Het initiëren van overleg/ gesprekken;
• Bepalen prioriteit in werkzaamheden en bijstellen indien nodig;
• Nemen van besluiten binnen eigen Area en binnen gestelde verantwoordelijkheid gebieden.
• Het tijdig en compleet aanleveren van een productieplan;
• Correcte weergave van beschikbaarheid op eindproducten;
• Het rapporteren van root-cause analysis; 
• Het beheren van Logistieke Masterdata in SAP/SINBAD; 
• Behalen prestatie indicatoren / CLIP – OTD-mad – Stock fill-rate;
• Efficiënt en resultaatgericht werken;
• Optimaliseren werkprocessen;
• Tijdige en juiste communicatie met diverse afdelingen /betrokkenen.

We are looking for a candidate, who has: 

• HBO werk- en denkniveau
• Ruime SAP kennis en ervaring (productie en verwerving)  
• Uitstekende Excel kennis
• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring
• Affiniteit hebben met techniek
• Goed kunnen communiceren in Nederlands en Engels zowel mondeling als schriftelijk 
• Sociaal vaardig persoon
