Digital Specialist PowerPlatform

As Digital Specialist within HEINEKEN Netherlands Supply you are responsible for end-to-end service support for the PowerPlatform business applications. Together with the Business IT Consultants you work with multidisciplinary teams to develop and enhance tools to support business processes throughout the organization. You ensure that existing applications and services function effectively and efficiently to enable the breweries to brew our beer and deliver to our customers around the world. You are part of the close collaboration between our vendors and HEINEKEN IT, customer service, planning, and brewery teams.

What will you do as Digital Specialist

As Digital Specialist you are responsible for the PowerPlatform business applications - from scoping and delivering new requests to supporting critical processes via the support model.

Your key tasks are:

  • Technical ownership of the PowerPlatform environment in collaboration with Global Digital & Technology product team
  • Apply the support model to deliver incident and change management on existing applications
  • Together with the Business IT Consultant and Business Process Owner, evaluate requests for new business applications and develop with SharePoint, PowerApps, and PowerAutomate tooling
  • Promote awareness and self-service usage of the PowerPlatform tooling to facilitate business processes and drive efficiency and transparency

Your default work location is Zoeterwoude and you report to the Senior Business IT Consultant for HEINEKEN Netherlands Supply.

Who will you work with?

Within HEINEKEN Netherlands Supply you will be part of the IT Build team that supports the Supply Chain organization. Together with the team you form a key value adding business partner to the various departments.

The IT Build team is responsible for the improvement of existing IT applications and systems, as well as driving improvement through change management. IT Build is the first conversation partner of the business to move from the pain point or problem statement to implementing new IT services and applications.

Together with the IT Service Delivery team you drive improvements and resolve incidents for existing systems, either in-house or with vendors to meet SLA.

Are you the Digital Specialist we’re looking for?

You are customer driven and a team player, considering the close working relationship you’ll have with different business teams throughout the organization on strategic and operational levels. Additionally you’re hands on and get energy from practical solutions to resolve system and process issues. You’re able to strike a balance between ITIL change and incident management, and development of new tools together with the IT Build team and Business Process Owners. To thrive in the role you meet the following requirements:

  • Completed HBO or VWO program in relevant field
  • 2+ years experience with Office suite / PowerPlatform
  • Experience with development in PowerApp, PowerAutomate, and SharePoint is a must
  • Experience with PowerBI, Microsoft Teams is a plus
  • You are proactive, results-oriented and driven to create sustainable solutions to business problems. You’re able to translate functional requirements into technical development and deliver robust solutions
  • You’re comfortable with managing stakeholders from different areas of the organization
  • You have experience with basic ITIL service management processes
  • You are comfortable applying Agile principles to deliver incremental value quickly
  • You feel at home in a dynamic and driven environment and work well with motivated professionals to add value to the organization
