Job description

Axel and Marleen are looking for a Sales Executive to develop and execute our sales activities in the Benelux market, with a major focus on the Netherlands. You will expand our sales pipeline, execute sales acquisition and grow our sales revenue in the region. You will be the only Sales in the region, and will have to show evidence of revenue generation before MoovOne expands the team.

Based in the Netherlands with Marleen (our Lead International), you will be mostly onboarded in our HQ in Paris, France (80% of your onboarding time during the first 4 months) in order to understand, learn and know the ins and outs of our solution and values. After the first 4 months, you will be based in the Netherlands with regular visits to our HQ in Paris.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day

💥 Driving the international revenue growth in the Benelux market:

  • identify potential clients, SMB & Enterprise, accountable for pipeline generation & new sales
  • identify the right people to build relationships with, typically HR and L&D Managers & Professional
  • research the needs of the potential clients and find out how to create value for them
  • establishing and build relationships by demonstrating strong knowledge of our product, the market technology and the HR/L&D field: you will be thoroughly trained in these areas
  • establish ultra-personalised and complex projects for our clients and prospects and deploy these projects in tandem with Client Success Partners
  • take ownership to develop the Sales in the dedicated markets on your own
  • works closely together with our talented and driven Sales team, Client Success Partners, Marketing team and Lead International
  • hit your monthly targets and be the source of growth for MoovOne

Preferred experience

Non-negotiable

  • 5 years sales XP in a fast growing SaaS environment targeting from mid-market (+1,000 employees) to enterprise accounts (+15,000 employees)
  • native/fluent English & Dutch speaking
  • experience with working in the Netherlands or Belgium
  • you master long (4-8 months) and complex sales cycles (multi-contact C-level), with a deep understanding of the entire sales funnel
  • proven track record of overachieving your sales targets

Nice-to-have

  • experience selling an HRTech/L&DTech product
  • you speak French
  • you have experience in using SalesForce or a similar CRM
