Job description

This is a temporary position for 7 months initially, with a possibility of long-term extension.

Impact

As a pivotal point of contact, you ensure that our financial back office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your keen eye for detail never misses a decimal point on an invoice, credit card statement, or ledger as you navigate through business-critical expenses and procedures.

Your Job

The finance department is the life source of any organization. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance of our financial administration structure. Bank and credit card statements, purchase and sales invoices, and ledgers.

You will be processing bank statements from various 5CA business entities around the globe, follow up on approval flows of purchase and sales, and handle intercompany reconciliation while managing OCR and monthly closing statements.

You will work in a multicultural, fully set up team that will support and enable you in your duties.

Responsibilities

  • Manage balance, assets, and ledger accounts for 7 business entities
  • Checking & processing invoices, credit card statements and AP/AR reports
  • Monitoring and managing technical adjustments within Business Central
  • Manage approval flow of purchase and sales invoices

Job requirements

Requirements

You speak and write Dutch at full professional proficiency & your business English is proficient.You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in financial administration or equivalent.You have ample experience with Microsoft Excel. Strong communication skills are a must! Holding a higher education degree in finance (or equivalent) helps!Experience with software tools such as Business Central is a big bonus!You’re within the EMEA time zone.
