Your role in a nutshell

This exciting new role will provide crucial support for The Body Shop At Home™ as it expands globally.  The delivery of high quality, fast paced system developments and enhancements is key to the continuation of this business channel's exceptional growth.

Positioned within the business team, this role will be responsible for leading all change management activities for the business systems, to ensure that systems deliveries and updates, large and small, are prioritised, developed and delivered in line with the appropriate controls and business priorities.

This role will also be responsible for working collaboratively with internal team members to ensure that support materials are delivered with a complete and accurate view of system features and functions, together with the development of associated user guides.

Key Responsiblities:

  • Liaise with stakeholder teams to complete the definition and prioritisation of changes, progressing through to deployment in line with organisational change controls
  • Map, analyse and optimise new business processes - working closely internal and external team members in the areas of business process, consultant journey and experience
  • Plan, review and deliver effective communications to prepare users for upcoming changes, work collaboratively with field training and sales teams to ensure these are fit for purpose
  • Play a key role in the support of market preparation for system change and system roll out – this will cover both existing markets and TBSAH entry to new markets
  • Perform analysis of commercial and operational data to identify opportunities and potential improvement opportunities and provide detail on how these can be achieved via the Change Management process
  • Define and implement a system training strategy and conduct certain user training e.g. train the trainer, work closely with TBSAH training and sales team to achieve this

What we are looking for

Experience:

  • Experience supporting end to end change management process
  • Experience in implementing and managing significant business changes effectively 
  • Experience representing a business channel and working with cross functional teams
  • Direct experience of/or thorough understanding of the direct selling business environment - preferred 

Qualifications:

Qualified to degree level – post graduate qualifications an advantage

  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and remain calm and focussed under pressure

  • Ability to interpret feedback and business data and proactively effect appropriate business changes 
  • Strong and effective communication skills at all levels
