As an intern you will work on a dynamic and international environment and will get access to the
optional challenges and processes of a global top-tier asset manager.
As an intern of Trade Processing EQ/FI & Funds at NN Investment Partners your main responsibilities
will focus on the Transaction Processing tasks related to Confirmation and Settlements of plain vanilla Equity and Fixed Income products and processing of Fund of Funds orders. These tasks include the gathering of input and checking of trades executed by the Trading Desk, bilateral matching with external brokers for confirmation and for settlement of these trades and the complete and correct execution of client reporting. In addition there are related activities for several stakeholders and the follow up of any operational issues that might appear throughout the processes which ultimately means liaising with our custodians for the correct and timely solution of these. The internship also offers the scope to focus on similar activities of the Funds related processes of NN Investment Partners. These may include instruction of Fund of Funds transactions and follow up of the process until settlement, reporting tasks, actively chasing and solving daily exceptions and communication with different stakeholders in the process.
Who you are
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic student in their 3rd year of their Bachelor/
HBO study on Economics / Business Administration / Financial Management / Bedrijfseconomie to
join and support the Trade Processing EQ/FI & Funds team.
You are available for a full time internship of 6 months. You speak an advanced level of English and preferable Dutch. You are result oriented, accurate, independent, eager to learn, stress resistant and like to take ownership of the tasks dedicated to your own work. In addition you are able to work on a team effort basis where clarity and organizational skills are essential. You have accomplished skills with the MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
