We are looking for 2 students to join the team:

  • Assignment 1: Portioned & Drip Marketing Benelux
  • Assignment 2: HomeCare Marketing Benelux

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Support the (1)HomeCare Benelux or (2)Portioned & Drip Benelux marketing team by implementing and localizing marketing strategies, together with other stakeholders, like the sales and trade shopper marketing team and the in-house digital marketing team.

You are responsible for

Assignment 1

  • Supporting the Portioned&Drip Marketing Manager in realizing business targets
  • Shaping the activation and communication strategy for our Senseo and drip filter coffee business together with the Marketing manager.

Assignment 2

  • Supporting the HomeCare Marketing Manager in realizing business targets
  • Shaping the activation and communication strategy for our cordless sticks and air business together with the Marketing manager.

Both 1 and 2

  • Actively participating in the launch of new products (portfolio, retail, market and competitive analysis)
  • Localizing and translating campaign and product assets
  • Updating and analyzing the business and market results and providing relevant insights
  • Creating and optimizing content for various platforms and retailers
  • Executing the above tasks by teaming up with colleagues, ensuring good communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (sales/trade shopping/digital teams)

You are a part of

A team of passionate and driven marketing professionals in the Benelux. You will report to the Marketing Manager. Your base will be in Eindhoven, The Netherlands at the High Tech Campus. We think it is important that our teams meet face-2-face weekly, but we also recognize the importance of managing your own agenda. Therefore, you will have the opportunity to work from home or from our Amsterdam office.

Due to the current COVID19 situation and the guidelines within Philips, you will be supported to work from home. If a safe return into the offices is possible again, the management will then inform you.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience (both roles)

  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor or Master studying towards Marketing or Business Administration
  • Knowledge: marketing knowledge is mandatory, marketing experience is a plus
  • Competences: analytical, pragmatic, pro-active (self-starter), creative, dedicated, eye for detail, strong interpersonal skills, great team player
  • Previous internship experience at a FMCG or consumer marketing company is a plus
  • Affinity with consumer electronics
  • Languages: Dutch and English is a must, French is a big plus
