Become part of the Team - as an Intern

We offer you an internship position starting from April – 2,5 to 5 days per week – for a minimum of 6 months. During our internship you will experience what life is like as an innovation and transformation consultant. You will directly work in teams with other consultants on assignments for our clients. By working on different assignments each time, you will quickly learn about our core capabilities: data, digital, agile change & program management and market strategy & business design.

As an intern, you will be in charge of the Pre-Sales Support Team. The team is responsible for enhancing the pace and organisation of the pre-sales process. Aside from being the lead of this team, you have the opportunity to shape your own internship towards your personal interests.  

Some of your activities include:

• Recruitment support
• Pitch and proposal preparation

Job Requirements

What we’re looking for

• Students within either their Bachelor or (Pre-) Master phase of their studies
• Highly motivated, strong intellectual and analytical skills
• Eagerness to learn, hands-on mentality
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication, both in Dutch and English.
• 6 to 12 months availability – options for Master thesis to be discussed
