WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will be based in one of our Europe offices and will work as part of our Experienced Professional Hub, dedicated to providing the highest level of client and candidate service. You’ll have the opportunity to partner with European based leadership to scope out requirements, leverage the expertise and support of recruiting colleagues and of course interact with candidates, consulting them on an a new, exciting and rewarding career moves.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will help us to identify, attract and assess for hiring needs across our Solutions.
In this role your main responsibilities fall into three categories and include developing talent management strategies. You will need to understand talent needs across different solutions and work with leadership to determine hiring targets, develop profiles and specifications and identify and recommend improvement opportunities. You’ll then have the opportunity to build relationships with the candidate communities and further enhance our market position.
You will be in-charge of the planning, coordinating and driving hiring activities. You’ll be responsible for the full life cycle. Turning profile requirements into an effective sourcing strategy, using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing, posting and referrals to approach, attract and develop candidate interest. You’ll then work hand in hand with candidates and internal clients guiding them through our process.
You will be involved and responsible for broader value-add projects. As a subject matter expert, you will develop and share best practices and work with other recruiters to coordinate ongoing activities and events.
