Throughout the year, Oaklins offers 3-month internships to ambitious students with a clear interest in the Investment Banking industry.

You will work along with junior and senior Oaklins professionals and participate in many aspects of M&A transactions. You will be actively involved in developing client presentations, building valuation models, conducting industry research and finding potential buyers and targets in various industries. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to experience the Oaklins culture and feel what it is like to be part of the number one independent global investment bank. You will receive on-the-job training and benefit from working closely together with experienced M&A professionals.
Oaklins’ Intern Academy
Oaklins provides an effective learning experience based on a structured training programme, where interns can learn about topics such as valuation, financial modelling, special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), due diligence and contracting.
Equipping the next generation of dealmakers with knowledge to excel in the M&A industry is at the core of our Intern Academy. We aim to inform, engage and inspire our interns to perform at the top of their potential. With the training, our interns will not only expand their knowledge of the sector, but also gain insight into the day-to-day activities of our analysts.
