As our B2B Marketing Manager

You will be responsible for the complete B2B shop team, including the marketing strategy as well as the performance of the B2B platforms in order to maximize turnover.

We are looking for a manager that can steer the B2B team. The team consist of ecommerce professionals that optimize the customer journey on the shop itself, as well as a performance team that drives traffic and generate leads to the shop.

You will make this a success because you constantly strive to do better, manage to handle stress, set the right priorities and see the bigger picture. You are commercially driven and interested in the latest developments regarding online retail.

What you will do

  • Own the performance of the B2B shop including the CRO, content & SEO and campaign processes of the webshop and make continuous efforts to improve it; Know and monitor the main funnels and KPIs, continuously assess pain-points and generate action plans to improve upon those;
  • Own the strategy for traffic and lead generation towards our B2B shop;
  • Know our customers profiles and preferences in order bring webshop personalization to the next level;
  • Effectively build and run tests, store insights gathered and make sure winners are implemented;
  • Take ownership of tools and partners linked to the webshops;
  • Share knowledge and insights with the team in order to support everyone in their optimization related tasks;

Must haves

  • You have at least 6 years’ experience with managing an international B2B website;
  • You have experience within performance marketing;
  • Your English skills are flawless and experience with working in an international environment is beneficial;
  • You are passionate about e-commerce and cannot wait to share your knowledge with your team;
  • You have a proven track record in Conversion Rate Optimization and have strong management and leadership skills;
  • You can adapt in a fast paced, cross-functional environment and are able to create, analyze, and comprehend data and sales analytics and know how to set the right priorities;
  • You want to know everything there is about merchandising, online marketing and e-commerce.
