Who are we looking for? ?\

You will work closely together with recruitment, managers and the board. Your role is to act as the liaison between managers and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. You will also support our daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR topics like: employee administration, sick leave management, migration questions, permits, advicing in culture, learning & development and so on. Every employee at Sendcloud is practically in your team at some point. 😁

• No-bullshit approach
• Day to day operations of HR/administration functions and duties
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Dutch or German is a nice to have
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Experience in conducting initial orientation to newly hired employees
• Experience in Dutch labour law is a very nice to have
• Experience with IND rules and regulations

Soft skills

• You're a people person (obviously!)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Always keeping it 100: Strong communication skills and open personality
• Sassy and spunky: you are not afraid to get your hands dirty
• Keen and quickly understanding of organizational needs
