Your job

The I&T Internship Desk’s mission consists of hiring the best talents available. However, first we need to attract them! That’s why we are looking for one Marketing & Branding intern to take over the fascinating task of alluring the future experts ABN AMRO needs to become a future proof bank.

You will help us to attract the new talents that the bank needs by:

• Designing (external and internal) marketing materials (e.g., flyers, posters, etc.)
• Helping to improve our marketing and branding strategy.
• Finding relevant events (e.g., university fairs, career days, etc.) and preparing our participation.
• Promoting the I&T Internship Desk through all the possible branding channels (e.g., social media).
• And much more, there’s plenty of room to create your own marketing plan! (Don’t worry, you will get all the help you need from us and our HR Recruitment and Branding experts).

Your working environment

Innovation & Technology (I&T) is one of ABN AMRO’s business lines and covers IT, Facility Management, Procurement, Operations & Group Innovation. The I&T Office supports all departments within I&T and consists of Strategy, Management and Lean consultancy, a Performance & Analytics team and, lastly, the Competence & Change team, of which the I&T Internship Desk is part of.

Here at the I&T Internship Desk you will work on a daily basis in a team with other interns that are doing recruitment for all different departments within ABN AMRO Bank! In our team you will find open, flexible, ambitious and passionate people. We believe in agility, hard work, constant improvement and self-development, but above all we do our jobs while having fun! 

Your profile

• You are at least a 2nd year HBO/WO student.
• Your study covers Marketing and/or Branding.
• You can speak and write fluently Dutch.
• You can speak and write in English as well.
• You can start January/February (starting date is still open for discussion).
• Skills in editing photos/videos/presentations etc.
• Autonomous: you are disciplined enough to work without supervision and succeed.
• IT affinity: after all, you will be working within the I&T department of ABN AMRO.
• Passionate designer: you are determined to transform interesting ideas into cool and effective designs.
• Proactive: there’s a lot to do, most of it we haven’t even thought of yet.
• Team-player: you are a social person who loves to work in groups, sharing responsibilities but also laughs, coffee, and of course success!
