Intern Compliance Team

For our Compliance team at Azerion Head Quarters in Amsterdam we are looking for a Compliance Intern.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Being the main point of contact in the Netherlands(at our HQ)
• Assisting and supporting the activities in Compliance
• Picking up ad-hoc compliance-related activities 

What you will be doing and learning in this internship

• Receiving and storing the official letters
• Contacting external parties when needed (RVO, universities, Digidentity, etc.) 
• Finding the right people in the office if we need to reach them physically (people who are required urgently)
• Coordination and follow up the ongoing WBSO and GDPR projects, ensuring the timely delivery of task
• Assisting on the DPO contact accounts
• Arranging the meetings and communication with teams
• Coordination of hour registrations for the teams
• Internal audits of WBSO projects and team
• Networking with Dutch universities and organization
• Assisting with GDPR projects, WBSO application, and progress updates
• Assisting with other funds

What you bring to the table: 

• Fluent in Dutch and English,
• Hard-working
• Coordination skills,
• Well-organized, analytical thinker
• Ability to understand technical concepts and systems,
• Persuasion and deliberation skills
• Currently studying: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration & Management, International Relations, Marketing & Communications, Psychology(or other social)
