Job purpose

As a Tax Compliance Officer you are part of a dynamic and growing team. Within the team you are responsible for CIT returns and other compliance activities for various (international) clients. You also have a delegated responsibility to help grow the Tax Compliance service line in The Netherlands. Within the team, more specific the Tax team, there is the possibility to grow. You report to the Supervisor Tax.

Your profile

  • At least HBO administrative degree.
  • 3-6 years’ experience in CIT, preferably in an international environment.
  • Practical and specialized knowledge of international CIT.
  • Excellent Dutch and English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Other characteristics: self-starter, enthusiastic and willing to learn, accurate, excellent execution, ‘get things done’ mentality, flexible and willing to go the extra mile.

Key responsibilities

  • Compilation and submission of (complex) CIT returns.
  • Compilation and submission of EC Sales listings and intrastat reports.
  • Close cooperation with the Accounting Officers of the Accounting team.
  • Preparing and filing (complex) CIT returns for Dutch as well as international clients with a presence in the Netherlands
  • Being able to translate the Financial Annual Accounts into Fiscal relevant corrections in the CIT return
  • Is able to consolidate Financial Annual Accounts for Fiscal Unity CIT returns
  • Making tax calculations which may impact the CIT return
