Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity available for an enthusiastic Bachelor/Master student who is interested in making a difference in Human Resources at Kraft Heinz!

The positions

Depending on your profile, your experience, and interests, as well as the expertise of our Human Resources leadership, you will be supporting one of the following teams/Business Units within Human Resources:

  • Internal Communications
  • HR Young Talent Program
  • People & Performance-Global Business Excellence
  • People & Performance-Global Operations
  • People & Performance-Global Procurement
  • International Operations

If you have a preference, please let us know and this will be respected as much as possible.

Tasks throughout the various roles could include:

  • Redefine and build the new intern program: The Young Talent Program
  • Contribute to projects in organizational learning, talent management and recruitment for all our business units.
  • Maintaining relationships with universities and student associations (incl. attending scheduled student events).
  • Keep employee files up to date by conducting regular audits of all HR related data and information to ensure accuracy and data integrity
  • Responsible for daily operations such as: analysis, data accuracy, optimization and standardization of the processes.

Qualifications:

Job requirements

  • You are enrolled at a European university during at least 50% of the duration of the internship.
  • You are nearing the end of your bachelor's degree or pursuing your master’s degree.
  • You have good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken (Dutch is a bonus).

NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship or you are studying in the Netherlands)

What we offer you

Program start date: Jan/Feb 2021   

Duration: 5 or 6 months 

Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses

You will receive the full allowance and will continue to work from home fulltime by a company provided laptop, as well as a reimbursement to enhance your work from home environment.
