At PressPage, we’re all about making PR simple. That’s why we’ve developed a software platform that helps brands like Emirates, Porsche, and Booking.com to better manage their PR processes and share their stories with the world. We are looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager to strengthen our CSM team in Amsterdam, to help out managing the EMEA client base.
Who are you?
As a CSM you have a customer-first mindset. You’re eager to get to know the customer and their goals, and make sure they receive the tools and support to achieve them.
You’re naturally curious and want to learn. You’re a team player, a good listener, and can ‘read between the lines’ to understand the customers’ needs. You go the extra mile to engage with customers, and small setbacks don’t hold you back. You have an outgoing personality, and a positive attitude and energy.
PressPage is transforming from start-up to scale-up with the accompanying hands-on approach. You will be part of a team of experienced CSMs who will be there to coach and assist you. But you will also have the freedom to help create- and iterate processes to help our team to the next level.
