As Global Supply Chain, we are working in the core of our business: brewing, transporting and innovating our beers. From our global organisation, we support over 70 Operating Companies around the world, to do the best job they can and optimise their supply chain. It is key that the right information is communicated, at the right moment to the right group, so that upcoming changes and new information lands in the right place. Now that we mostly work remote and we have less face-to-face contact, impactful communication interventions are more critical than ever. Are you up for a challenge, to support delivering a new communication approach? The internship is based in Schiphol (currently mostly working remote) and starting from Oct/Nov 2020 for the duration of 6 months, 5 days/week. 

Your responsibilities

  • Develop communication for the Global Supply Chain function: Head Office and Global Community
  • Organise (virtual) session and events
  • Support to develop an engagement strategy for the Global Supply Chain function
  • Ad-hoc support in communication on HR related projects, typical topics are Inclusion & Diversity or Onboarding

Your profile

  • Study in the field of Communication, Media, Social & Behavioural Sciences, Psychology or Human Resources
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience in developing digital communication: video editing, visuals, webinars, by using Photoshop, Moviemaker or similar programmes  
  • Knows how to work with collaboration tooling like: PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams and SharePoint
  • Experience in or passion for employee communication and engagement
  • Interested to learn: develop new skills, understand a multinational organisation and build knowledge around change management and engagement
  • You are pro-active and structured, can work individually (remote), creative and a team player
  • You have a flexible attitude and know how to (remote) build connections to accelerate in getting work done
  • Availability from October/November for a period of 6 months-5days per week
  • Note that for this position you need to be currently based in The Netherlands and be enrolled in a study programme for the full duration of the internship
