What will you do?

  • Work on a mix of individual initiatives and cross-functional projects to help us take strategic decisions based on user insights.
  • Work with colleagues across our wider business to help them better solve their problems with data. For example, improving demand forecasting to reduce waste, understanding user contact volumes to influence customer service staffing levels, or helping the marketing team understand the impact of specific campaigns and promotions.
  • Help us analyse the performance of A/B tests and other experiments.
  • Test and implement tools that help us gain even better insights.

What do we expect from you?

Growth-mindset. You believe in continuous improvement and can easily talk about examples of what you've learned recently and how you've applied that to improve your performance and the performance of your team.

Customer-centric. You get a lot of enthusiasm from solving real problems for your colleagues and our end customers—and are dissatisfied if your work doesn't have impact.

Disciplined. Your friends and colleagues would describe you as someone who doesn't let the ball drop. You're comfortable operating in an environment where you have many competing demands for your time, and can describe the strategies you use to ensure that you stay happy and focused on the most important tasks.

Team player. You recognise the value of a diverse team and are enthusiastic about helping each of your colleagues do their best work.

bloomon is turning the flower industry on its head – for the better. How? By disrupting the traditional supply chain, where most florists operate offline and have done for decades. bloomon creates seasonal collections using unusual stems to deliver unique flower arrangements on repeat or as a unique gift. We always use field-fresh high-quality flowers straight from the grower and deliver them to our customers through a high-tech and highly creative platform.
