As a part of this growth, we are looking for a passionate UX Designer to join our team, and to create the best value for our users and customers. You will be an integral part of the tech team, shaping the consolidation of design concepts within the company. What you’ll be doing:

As a senior UX Designer at ParkBee, you'll be a key player in the company's success, helping to enforce its culture for creativity and an even stronger user focus. Together with the other team members you will be responsible for delivering valuable solutions to customers. You’ll be working with your team on products for our users, as well as location owners. And as your team grows, you’ll grow with them, expanding your role and responsibilities.

On a daily basis, you will:

  • Shape the existing user research strategy.
  • Be responsible for setting up and conducting user research workflows, interpreting the results, ensuring the product design provides users with their optimum experience.
  • Contribute to the discovery and preparation tasks , presenting your design decisions to peers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Meet users and clients to gather their requirements and ensure the design meet the needs.
  • Actively and continuously collaborate with the product managers and the engineers, giving input in all phases of our products.
  • Create wireframes and prototypes.
  • Organise workshops with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct usability testing with real users.

Who we’re looking for:

Someone who gets excited by the increasing popularity of a product in the market and sincerely cares about its customers. You feel at home in a hard-working and energetic environment. You are not afraid of pushing boundaries and you want to achieve the impossible in a fast-growing company. You like to think creative, and have an open and adaptable mindset with a strong problem-solving mentality. You should be available to work from the 1st of November.

Your experience & skills:

  • At least 5-10 year’s experience as a UX Designer;
  • An in-depth knowledge of UI design principles and techniques, UX, and interaction design;
  • Creative design skills for product designs, design ideas, user flows, wireframes and sitemaps;
  • Excellent working knowledge of key design tools, such as Sketch and/or Marvel;
  • Outstanding communication skills and proven experience presenting to and influencing product, business and other stakeholders;
  • Structured and analytical and excellent time management skills;
  • Hands-on mentality: you do not shy away from helping others and making decisions;
  • Leadership experience in a design team is a plus.
