Start date: We prefer students able to start as soon as possible, no later than Q3/Q4 2020

Duration: 6 months

We are not able to support a thesis assignment. It is for this reason that we require a 40 hours per week availability to work on the projects.

In this role, you have the opportunity

To use your knowledge in a large, global transformation program and learn from experience what it takes to engage people in such a journey.

You are responsible for:

  • Building the Change & Communication toolkit with the relevant interventions, materials, and best practices from the markets and the businesses
  • Preparing and following-up on Market / Business network calls
  • Building on the maturity scan to measure application in key programs
  • Preparing analysis on the adoption surveys and mitigation actions (adoption dashboard)

You are a part of

Business Transformation where all large worldwide programs are being designed, set-up and managed. Within BT, you are part of the Solutions Transformation program. In this program we have a Change & Communications team that currently exists of three change experts and one communications manager.

You will be working at our head office in Amsterdam if the current COVID19 situation allows us.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Studying towards your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in area of : Business Administration, (International) Business Management or Communications
  • Good knowledge of English language both verbally and written
  • Analytical thinker, ability to swap between the bigger picture and the details
  • Self-starter: not afraid to look for information and reach out to colleagues on all levels
  • Creative profile: shares new ideas, takes lay out into account and can draft short copy
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel. Adobe Acrobat is pre
  • Ideally some knowledge / experience with change management
